"Implementation of the agreement reached by Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian leaders on November 26 in Sochi may turn South Caucasus a more stable place," said Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov while his speech at the 28th meeting of the Council of OSCE Foreign Ministers in Stockholm, APA reports.

Mr. Bayramov noted that the meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation and Armenia in Sochi on November 26 proves to be an important step forward: "The three leaders held detailed and comprehensive discussions on the application of previously agreed parameters, as well as identified the next steps towards post-conflict normalization. It is especially important to establish a bilateral Armenian-Azerbaijani commission for the delimitation and demarcation of borders by Russia's advisory role by the end of this year. Azerbaijan expects that this agreement will be implemented without delay in practice and will contribute to our goal of making the South Caucasus a more stable and predictable place."
