"Lots of works have been done in a year. The most important thing is to create conditions for a normal peaceful life in the future," President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said during a trilateral meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in Sochi on November 26, APA reports.

"A Tripartite Working Group has been established at the level of Deputy Prime Ministers. My colleagues told me how things were going in this direction. This is not a simple task. Nevertheless, this work is in progress. There is reason to believe that in the near future we will not only approve the work of the relevant working group on the opening of transport communications, but also make a decision in this regard. This is the purpose of our efforts: to revive the region, to create conditions for people to feel safe, to engage in farming, to develop the economy. All this should be reflected in the living standards of citizens of both countries. Relations with Azerbaijan and Armenia are special for Russia. We were once part of the same state. We have deep historical ties. I would not want this relationship to be broken. We must make efforts to restore these relations," said Russian President Ilham Aliyev.
