US called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to solve delimitation and demarcation issues

"We appreciate the continuation of direct dialogue between Azerbaijani and Armenian Governments in the Caucasus", said the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken while delivering a speech in the 28th Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), APA reports.

"We call on them to get progress regarding the humanitarian issues including detainees, demining, and missing people. We call on sides to solve other issues that need to be addressed such as delimitation and demarcation of borders, restoration of economic and transport connections", said Blinken.

Blinken calls on Azerbaijan and Armenia to jointly work in the direction of achieving long-term peace in Karabakh together with Minsk Group co-chairs.

He noted that the US hopes to jointly work with all parties, including Russia regarding the conflict in the direction of investigation of human rights, cases of violation of international humanitarian law.
