We will positively respond to Armenia’s positive steps - FM says

“Although the positive messages have been given by the Armenian political leadership recently, we can not see positive steps. We hope that we will also see practical steps in the upcoming future,” said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in a joint press conference with Qatar’s FM, APA reports.

Azerbaijani FM has brought into notice that Azerbaijan’s position remains unchanged, they support the normalization of relations in a civilized manner.

The Head of MFA emphasized the importance of the early start of delimitation and demarcation of the border with Armenia and its solution: “We follow the process in this direction, we will also respond positively to the positive steps taken. Our recommendation to the forces calling for revanchism and expressing their views in this direction is not to go in the wrong direction, because those speeches do not promise good results. Implementation of signed documents is important.”
