We support the idea of the establishment of six platforms (3+3) put forward by Azerbaijani and Turkish Presidents, said the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mariya Zakharova at the briefing held today, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
"Of course, we believe that it is time to switch this plan into practice. The development of multilateral regional cooperation meets the interests of all participants envisaged in the cooperation format. To our mind, to launch the implementation of this cooperation mechanism will help increase confidence on relations among states, settlement of current contradictions, reveal the economic and transport potential of the region,” the official of the Russian MFA emphasised.
