“The enemy's forces trying to attack our units in order to break the siege in the direction of Shusha and the trailer moving in the direction of Khankendi have been destroyed by UAVs,” the head of the press service of Azerbaijani MoD Anar Eyvazov said at the briefing today, APA reports.
He noted that the enemy suffering heavy losses was forced to retreat in several directions yesterday, 23 villages of Fuzuli, Khojali, Khojavand, Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan were liberated from the occupation: “The enemy disseminates various pieces of disinformation in order to distract the public attention from its failures and military crimes committed by it on our occupied territories. The Azerbaijani Army being guided by norms and principles of international law targets only the enemy’s facilities of military purpose. The Azerbaijani soldier whose spiritual and psychological and material and technical condition is at high level is advancing towards another target while holding weapon in one hand and flag in other hand. We receive this courage and combat spirit from our victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief and our invincible people. Currently, the Azerbaijani Army expanding attack in the direction of Khojavend continues battles with great enthusiasm and fortitude while keeping under control operational situation. The victory is with us!”
