An assessment of the damage caused to the city of Mingachevir, as a result of provocation conducted by the Armenian armed forces, has begun, APA reports.
The working group has also started assessment work in Mingachevir.
Adviser to the Minister of Finance, head of the working group on Mingachevir Rafig Huseynov told APA that they have already started assessing the damage caused to civilians, state property, including infrastructure and businesses facilities in the city: “We are currently continuing our activities in Mingachavir. Necessary conditions have been created for the working group to function. To date, the working group has drafted 34 acts. 31 of them are private houses and 3 are vehicles.”
