“Starting September 27, Armenia started large scale provocations against Azerbaijan,” said Major General Huseyn Mahmudov, head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Defence Ministry, at a briefing for foreign military attaches accredited in Azerbaijan and representatives of international organizations (UN, EU, ICRC), APA reports.

Head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Defence Ministry noted that today, Armenia fired rockets at Ganja, one of the ancient and largest cities of Azerbaijan and as a result, many civilians were killed and injured.
