Fires broke out in forests and civilian facilities as a result of shelling by the Armenian armed forces

Armenian armed forces continue to commit fire in civilian facilities as well as in forest massifs by firing at densely populated human settlements of Azerbaijan, civilian facilities, as well as individual and multi-apartment buildings with heavy artillery and missiles, APA reports citing the website of Azerbaijani MES.

Yesterday aggressor Armenia committed another ecological terror. Thus, As a result of the Armenian armed forces’ shelling the territory of the Tovuz region which is far away from a combat zone with artillery a fire broke out in the forest area. The fire was extinguished by the relevant forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and employees of the Tovuz Regional Forestry Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. The fire was prevented from spreading to dense forest.

As a result of a shell fired by the Armenian armed forces, a fire broke out in a farm belonging to a citizen in the Aghdam region. The fire was prevented from spreading to nearby buildings by extinguishing by the relevant forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

As was reported, the fire broke out on the territory covered with forests as a result of exposure to shelling from heavy artillery cannons of the Armenian armed forces of the territory of Goygol region situated beyond the battle zone on October 30. The fire that broke out on the territory having complex mountainous terrain was put up by relevant forces of State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and employees of Goygol Regional Forest Management Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
