On 25-26 October, 2020 ANAMA received 49 (forty nine) emergency calls from the ″102 ″ Service Call Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about shells falling on the territory of cities of Agjabadi, Ahdam, Fizuli, Barda, Beylagan, Goranboy, Tartar regions and Mingachevir city, ANAMA told APA.
As response to the reported 49 emergency calls ANAMA in close coordination with the specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted 45 emergency and operational clearance field missions in Sarijali, Salmanbeyli villages and Hindarkh settlement of Agjabedi region, Rzalar, Beybabalar, Ahmadagali and Eyvazli villages of Aghdam region, Tahla village of Barda region, Shukurbeyli, Alkhanli and Arayatli villages of Fuzuli region, Garachinar, Meshali, Tapgarag, Tapgarag, Garachinar, Meshali and Tapgarag villages, M.Rasulzade, H.Javid and T.Rahimov streets of Goranboy region and the “Yeni Massive” District of Mingachevir city. As reported 1 piece of 100 mm artillery shell (OF-412), 1 piece of 122 mm artillery shell (OF 65), 1 piece of 152 mm artillery shell (OF-29), 1 piece of 240 mm missile (M24F), 5 pieces of 9N235 bomblets, 1 piece of meteorological radio direction detectors used for military purposes and 54 explosive shell remnants were found as a result of the mission.
Three missiles, 1 piece of antitank missile (PQ-7), 5 pieces of 9N235 bomblets, and 1 piece of artillery shell were neutralized by the Agency's explosion team. Mine Awareness Specialists conducted mine safety awareness campaign among 23 418 civilians.
In general, from September 27 to October 26, 2020, ANAMA executed 760 special operational emergency field visits as response action to 913 signals (operational calls). In line with the agreed Plan of Action special fact finding missions were executed in the residential areas near the oil pipeline, territory of Mingachevir TPP, Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan (BTJ) Pipeline, arable and pasture areas, roadsides, forests, schools in Aghdam, Agdash, Agjabadi, Barda, Beylagan, Bilasuvar, Jabrayil, Goranboy, Naftalan, Fuzuli, Tartar, Tovuz, Shamkir, Hajigabul, Zardab, Khizi, Oghuz, Gebele districts, Ganja and Mingachevir cities, as a result of which 295 unexploded ordnance (UXO), 1 149 pieces of 9N235 type bomblets, 1 180 bullets of various calibers, 1 piece of gas-grenade, 17 pieces of meteorological radio direction detectors for military purposes, 6 drones, 2 missiles schemes and 486 exploded missile parts were found.
