Occupant and aggressor Armenia depressed with counteroffensive operations of the Azerbaijani Army and the successes achieved on various sites of the frontline has resorted to another provocation, the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics.
This time the enemy makes appeals from false numbers to mobile and landline phones of our citizens by sending voice recordings in the Azerbaijani language on behalf of the religious figures. The purpose of Armenia who was defeated on the frontline and was forced to retreat is to create fear and panic among population by disseminating disinformation of provocative nature.
The Electronic Security Service under the ministry once again asks the citizens not to reply to calls and messages coming in from unfamiliar numbers, to block such numbers, to complain about the messages as a spam.
Also the citizens are advised to appeal to the Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies via www.cert.az website or [email protected] e-mail if they face any cyber-incident or need methodological support.
