Financial Market Supervision Chamber of Azerbaijan abolished, functions entrusted to Central Bank - ORDER

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the regulation in the market of financial services and elaboration of control system management, APA reports.

According to the order, Financial Market Supervision Chamber of Azerbaijan has been abolished and the powers of the Financial Market Supervision Authority defined in the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as its licensing in the financial services market, regulation and supervision, its duties and rights in the field of protection of the rights of investors and consumers of financial services, as well its property have been given Central Bank.
