Bakcell opened its renewed concept store in Baku, near the “Sahil” metro station. In order to ensure the convenience of customers, the store was designed in the innovative “one-stop” concept, combining customer care functions with the sales of mobile numbers and phone accessories, the Company told APA-Economics.
The newly opened shop, located at the address of Uzeyir Hajibeyli str. 48 is built on a “customer-centric” approach. Here, the visitors will be greeted with specially trained employees, who can help with all the issues related to mobile communication services. Simple zoning of the store will provide the visitors with easy access to information and communication with customer care representatives.
