Program developed on opportunities and number of citizens on returning to liberated territories

"There may be changes in land reform in the liberated territories,” Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said at the meeting of Economic policy, Entrepreneurship and Social Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis on the discussion of the draft law “On the budget package of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022”, APA reports.

“There are two key criteria. First, a program has been developed that reflects the opportunities, speed and number of return of our citizens to the liberated territories from occupation. The second issue is to find the right balance between economic activity and social policy. At the same time, most of the problem is related to property documents. There was almost no private property document for that period. Those are completely different documents.”
