What will mutual recognition of e-Signatures between Turkey and Azerbaijan will give us? We solved technical issues and conducted investigation on legal issues. Lawyers saw that there is not any limitation in legislation. It means, if we start to open bank account in distance and citizens of the country with which we have provided recognition of e-signatures, can also open a bank account in Azerbaijan. Process related to the issue is underway with both Turkey and Belarus. You may get familiar with the infrastructure in “Bakutel 2019” exhibition.”
