“There is no restriction for mass media during a special quarantine regime, mass media will continue their activity. Because receiving, the transmission of information is an issue with strategical importance and significant,” spokesman for the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers Ibrahim Mammadov said at the press conference, APA reports.
The deputy head of the Main Public Security Department of MIA Aziz Baghishev said based on the quarantine rules each citizen shall carry with him (her) the identity card and the service card or employment certification letter: "In such a case, the employees of the departments whose functioning has been permitted and the journalists can move in the city by producing either their service card or employment certification letter in addition to their identity card".
