"It's hard to find new recipes for resolving old conflict, such as Nagorno Garabagh," Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said at the Moscow-Vienna video bridge at the Russian Segodnya Information Agency, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, the resolution of the Nagorno Garabagh conflict is fully at OSCE responsibility: "The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia with the participation of the Minsk Group co-chairs was held in Bratislava. Unfortunately, the joint statement was not adopted on behalf of co-chair countries and ministers of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan and Armenia. Merely the statement in the level of co-chairs was adopted."
A Russian diplomat has also said that he is optimistic regarding Garabagh negotiations: “I am optimist. Although the results are not seen here, the main issue is dynamics”
