There is intelligence information about bringing large phosphorous substance by Armenia in the direction of Khojavand. Phosphorus shells containing white phosphorous causes serious complications when it enters the lungs through respiration. While contacting with the skin causes serious complications in muscles and internal organs. Armenia by using these weapons wants to inflict a blow to the Azerbaijani army and civilians. Not using white phosphorous weapons is reflected in the document of the UN adopted in 1982, as well as in Geneva convention. According to the Convention joined by Armenia in 1997 using this weapon is banned too. Armenia has ballistic weapons and can use white phosphorus in these weapons.”
