According to the head of state, they are mostly located in forests and mountainous areas: “We have repeatedly expressed our views on this issue in international organizations. Even when I was in my previous post- as a deputy, I was the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe- I raised the issue there too. In order to impose sanctions on Armenia by European deputies, I drew their attention to these issues. I.e. Armenia is a terrorist country, is a country that promotes terrorism. Therefore there is such intelligence information. At the same time, it had been said in the statement of Russia's foreign intelligence service too. However, for some reason, that statement was not reflected in any press. That statement said that foreigners were fighting in Azerbaijan. Despite the same statement did not name Armenia, but it said that PKK was also fighting. It is clear that PKK can not be in Azerbaijan. But why there is not a single word regarding this in Western press? They want to cover up it, to keep it out of focus. However, after Azerbaijani flag waves in all these lands, not a single terrorist will be able to survive there.”
