“As the President also noted, the life of humanitarian ceasefire depends on in which level the Armenian side will implement its obligations accepted in Moscow,” said the assistant to First-Vice President Elchin Amirbeyov at the press conference held in Ganja today, APA reports.
He noted that if Armenia continues to treacherously violate obligations, as it is said, Azerbaijan reserves all its rights in itself and will use these rights: “Within the framework international law and humanitarian law agreeing ceasefire Azerbaijan once again confirmed that we are not just considering the path of war. We take into consideration the requests of the international community, were ready for giving a chance for peace too. And we had given this chance. However, their such behavior shows that they do not intend to benefit from this chance. In this case, the sharpest reaction to this should come from the parties working for a ceasefire. We also first of all wait for this from co-chair countries. This event should just be condemned. More serious measures must be taken against Armenia, showing treachery to this agreement. Even sanctions should be imposed so that they give up their ugly deeds.”
