“Particularly noteworthy is the use of cluster weapons by Armenia against the civilian population. We must also emphasize the use of ballistic missiles against civilians”, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said at the press conference held with the participation of representatives of diplomatic corps and foreign media in Barda, APA reports.
According to H. Hajiyev, in the European region, for the first time since the Second World War, large cities are being fired upon with SCAD ballistic missiles.
“Five hundred thousand people live in Ganja city. Such crimes should be investigated and reports should be published. Certainly, we expect objective and unbiased reports. Later, these reports may be presented to the international community”, noted Assistant to President.
