It turns out that in the person of the chairman of the Armenian Investigative Committee, Armenia has already begun to accuse international humanitarian organizations. Misha Melkumyan, 84, was left alone on the battlefield by the Armenian army when he needed physical assistance. Despite Azerbaijan's appeal through international organizations since October 18, Armenia refused to accept this person. The person was examined by a doctor with the participation of representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
