“There is no simple way of solution around Nagorno Garabagh conflict”, said President of Russia Vladimir Putin, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
V. Putin noted that everybody has his own truth: “There is no simple solution here. It is necessary to find balance of interests between Azerbaijan and Armenia in order to solve the conflict over Nagorno Garabagh”.
He said it is necessary to suspend military operations in the initial phase of Garabagh settlement, to sit at the table.
The President of Russia also talked about history of commencement of the first Garabagh conflict. He accused the Soviet leadership of not ensuring security of people in the end of 1980-ies: “The Soviet leadership didn’t take measures in order to ensure security of people when the first Garabagh conflict began”.
