The official of Russian MFA noted that from November 13 the bodies of 385 people were handed over and this figure covers both sides.”
M. Zakharova said that her country plans to cooperate with OSCE and other international organizations in this field: “We plan to cooperate with organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), UN High Commissioner for Refugees, UNESCO. On November 17 the head of Russian MFA Sergei Lavrov discussed with the President of ICRC in Moscow the issue of exchanging prisoners of war and detained persons.
