"All the other steps – the Program on the Socioeconomic Development of the Regions, our oil and gas projects, transport initiatives, the revival of the country's economy, the accumulation of foreign exchange reserves in the Oil Fund, our foreign policy, our relations with major powers, our relations with neighboring countries – all this work was done in the lead-up to this sacred moment – Victory Day. We mobilized all these resources to achieve what we wanted due to the hard work and heroism of our people", said President.
