President Ilham Aliyev noted that he hands over the chairmanship to the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States to the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan: "Turkey will implement chairmanship with great success thanks to solidarity, mutual respect among our countries. My dear brother, as a leader of the Turkic world, will achieve success and only success in this direction".
Because Turkey has come a long way thanks to its great look and become a power in global essence. Turkey’s power is recognized not only in our region but also in the whole region. We speak about both economic, political, and military power. There is not such a country in the world that is not aware of Turkey’s importance. The way, which Turkey has come along thanks to looking of my dear brother, Turkey’s development is a way that will be an example for all of us. Because we know the heart of the Turkic World beats here. It gives additional power and confidence to all of us. I express gratitude to my dear brother once more on behalf of the Azerbaijani people.
