The construction of the first village in Zangilan is nearing completion. The master plan of Aghdam city was approved and work on it was started. The master plan of Jabrayil has been approved. Instructions have already been given and funds have been allocated. Master plans for our other cities – Zangilan, Gubadli, Kalbajar and Lachin – are being prepared. We will do all this work. As you know, we will do it at our own expense, without applying to anyone for help and without taking any loans."
