“Totally 7450 people are quarantined in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The quarantine period of 7033 has ended over the past period, Deputy Minister of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Zeynab Mustafayeva said, APA reports.
According to her, currently, 417 people are quarantined: “Polymer Chain Reaction Laboratory has been set in Autonomous Republic in order to detect the virus, 2506 examinations have been carried out during the past period, virus has been detected in 106 people, two of them died, 99 of them have been discharged with a full recovery. Currently the treatment of five patients is being continued.”
According to the Deputy Minister, the spread of the virus, which was declared pandemics, has been kept under control in the Autonomous Republic thanks to the created condition and done preventive measures.
Z. Mustafayeva broadly informed on the works and preventive measures done in medical institutions of the Autonomous Republic. It has been noted in accordance with orders of the Chair of Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, employees of the state medical institutions and other bodies, participating in preventive measures have been awarded 3-5 folds of their monthly salaries.
