YASHAT Fund since launched continues its activity in 4 fields. Within the framework of these activities, 12 veterans have been seen off Turkey today, the head of YASHAT Fund Elchin Huseynov said, APA reports.
According to him, the number of veterans sent to Turkey for treatment by the Fund made up 63 people: “7 of them have already recovered and returned to the country, treatment of 56 severely injured veterans in Turkey continues.”
E. Huseynov noted that veterans are sent abroad if health institutions confirm that treatment is not possible within the country.
According to him, more than AZN 32 mln. were transferred to YASHAT fund so far, AZN 18 mln. have already been spent.
