"Pupils or their parents (other legal representatives) should be invited to schools and delivery to pupils of textbooks for all grades should be ensured by September 4", is noted in the letter addressed by deputy minister of Education Mahabbat Valiyeva to Ministry of Education of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, education departments (offices) of all regions (cities), territorial finance and account settlement centers, APA reports.
The letter says the acceptance of textbooks and its distribution to students should be implemented on the basis of the rotational time schedule determined in accordance with rules of special quarantine regime and by strictly complying with sanitary and epidemiological rules (observance of social distancing, use of medical mask and gloves by persons handing over and accepting the books, regular ventilation of rooms, etc.).
