Azerbaijani Ombudsman makes a congratulatory address on the liberation of Shusha city

Azerbaijani Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva has made a congratulatory address on the liberation of Shusha city, Ombudsman Apparatus told APA.

The address reads:

"Today, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, our victorious, unshakable, glorious army liberated the city of Shusha, the heart and pearl of Azerbaijan, as well as the cradle of culture of the whole Caucasus.

This is the day of our glorious victory! Today is written in golden letters in the history of Azerbaijan. I congratulate all the people of Azerbaijan on this significant and glorious day!

I would like to note with pride and joy that today independent Azerbaijan makes the history under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, as a result of the liberation of our occupied lands by the powerful Azerbaijani Army, the territorial integrity and historical justice of our country are being restored.

Our tricolor flag is waving statelily in all parts of our Republic, as well as in our liberated lands.

The success of our Army brings joy and endless pride to every Azerbaijani. Every Azerbaijani citizen stands by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, our state and our Army!

I wish good health and strength on this glorious path to all our soldiers who liberated our lands from the Armenian occupation.

I wish Allah’s mercy upon our soldiers who martyred for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and recovery to the wounded.

Long live independent Azerbaijan, long live the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, long live the Azerbaijani Soldier!"
