President Ilham Aliyev has signed the Order about awarding of a group of officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Azerbaijan Republic, APA reports.
Based on the order, a group of officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic have been awarded with the medal “For the sake of Motherland” for distinguishing themselves by performing their service duties related to the fight against crimes, protection of public tranquility (law and order), consolidation of lawfulness and rule of law, and ensuring control over implementation of the special quarantine regime applied for the purpose of prevention of spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the country.
