“We propose to start teaching in primary school 2-3 times per week beginning from September 15”, said minister of Education Emin Amrullayev at the press conference dedicated to opening of the new teaching year, APA reports.
He said it has been proposed that pupils in grade I would come to school 3 times per week, while the pupils of other grades would come to school 2 times per week if the number of active patients increases greatly: "If this proposal is accepted, 650 thousand children receiving education in primary grades will attend classes. Of this group, 257 thousand children fall to the share of territory of Baku, Sumgait cities and Absheron region. The epidemiological situation in these territories is tense".
