Prohibition on gathering in groups of more than 10 people, using masks should be strictly followed, Azerbaijan’s Task Force says

Prohibition on gathering in groups of more than 10 people in public places, on boulevards and parks, in public catering facilities of the Republic amid to prevent mass infections should be strictly followed during the special quarantine time, according to the decision of Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

Strict adherence to the rules for the use of protective equipment is also required, the decision noted.

Note that term of special quarantine regime has been suspended until Juily 1, 2020, at 00:00 a.m., by taking into consideration current sanitary-epidemiological condition in Azerbaijan regarding novel coronavirus, preventive measures, applied in other countries, and recommendations of the World Health Organization.

Toughened quarantine regime will be applied in Baku, Ganja, Lankaran, and Sumgait cities, Absheron, Yevlakh, Ismayilli, Kurdamir, and Salyan districts from 00:00 a.m. on June 14, 2020 to 06:00 a.m on June 16, 2020 in order to decrease spread of speed of COVID-19 infection and minimize its possible consequences.
