“The opening of cafes, shops, and restaurants will be conducted gradually, which is inevitable. We should do it gradually in order not to switch to a strict quarantine regime again. Here citizens will play the main role. By following simple rules, we can speed up the openings. God Willing, we will find the vaccine. Yes, we will ease the quarantine regime but gradually."
