“We are going to make reductions in three sides in sparse student schedule,” said Vafa Yagublu, Head of the General and Preschool Education Department of the Ministry of Education.

She said that the classes will come to schools according to a certain schedule: “One of the suggestions is to add Saturday to the school day. We can come to optimal results in many large schools by fewer study times in a week, decreasing the density of students.”

According to her, there are some groups of parents who will not want to send their children to school due to pandemic fear: “ We will have a protocol of agreement with such parents. Students under the control of the parent should watch tv-lessons and join virtual classes, should come and participate in small and large summative, though on a sparse schedule. Taking into consideration that a group of parents will not send their children to school, we will be able to reduce the density of students.”
