"Monitorings regarding wedding, engagement, and birthday ceremonies are continued today too," head of Press Service of Ministry of Internal Affairs Elshad Hajiyev said at the briefing today, APA reports.
He noted that monitoring of 4,865 wedding ceremonies has been conducted by monitoring groups from July 1 until today.
"Situation is not so good. Citizens ignore the rules. Administrative sanctions have been imposed on 2,366 people, materials on 27 persons have been sent to court. I should draw attention to one issue especially. Thus, attendance of 46,899 people without COVID passport in ceremonies has been determined in the monitored wedding ceremonies."
