“Those who have had it and didn't know and develop antibodies cannot obtain a COVID passport,” member of the Health Committee of the Milli Majlis, the head of the Department for International Relations of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, MP Soltan Mammadov told APA.
He noted that both TABIB and the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance understand this: “Work is underway regarding this. I am sure that those people’s problems will not be left aside. As soon as possible, the necessary rules will be prepared. However, today, even vaccination of people with antibodies is not a contraindication. Even if they have antibodies, it is advisable for them to be vaccinated so that they can easily obtain a COVID passport.”
