“Cooperation with local and foreign experts in the field of assessment of the economic potential of the liberated territories from the occupation and determining fields of comparative advantage has been started, it has been said at the meeting of Economic issues working group of Interdepartmental center operating under Coordination Headquarters established for centralized settlement of issues in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Relevant works are being conducted together with the Economic Institute of ANAS and Boston Consulting Group in this field.
In order to restore and reconstruct the liberated territories, integrate into the country's economy, ensure sustainable and balanced development, and achieve high standards of social welfare, the Ministry of Economy, taking into account the opinion of relevant government agencies, has developed the draft of State program on restoration and sustainable development of the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for 2021-2025.
