Azerbaijan National Platform of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum calls on international community on media representatives died in Kalbajar

Azerbaijan National Platform of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum has called on the international community on media representatives who died in Kalbajar, the organization told APA.

It was noted that on the morning of June 4, 2021, a vehicle carrying members of the film crew hit an anti-tank mine buried by Armenian armed forces on the road in Susuzlug village of Kalbajar region and as a result of the explosion, two members of the film crew, cameraman of Azerbaijan Television Siraj Abishov and correspondent of the Azerbaijan State News Agency Maharram Ibrahimov, as well as representative of the district executive power Arif Aliyev were killed and four people were injured, Azerbaijan National Platform of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum calls on the international community on the martyrdom of innocent people and not providing of maps of mined areas by the Armenian government, despite repeated appeals to date.

Addressing the world community and international organizations, the Azerbaijan National Platform of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum which unites 71 non-governmental organizations, called on to condemn Armenia for not disclosing mine maps.
