He said he was in favor of a transparent choice with the participation of all parties: “I think there will be no difficulties in implementing the program in this direction. The program aims to send several hundred people abroad a year. About 300-400 people are considered, the exact number will be known when the program is developed, but what is known is that we are not talking about 20-30 people.”
