COVID-19 passport will be required from August 1, not July 1 in the working and service fields in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Cabinet of Ministers has made a relevant amendment on the decision on "Extension of duration of special quarantine regime and lifting some restrictions."
According to the law in force, at least 80% of employees of the working and service fields, for which COVID-19 passport or immunity certificate against COVID-19 are determined to be required, were required to have such passport or certificate from July 1, 2021. According to the amendment, at least 80% of employees of working and service fields, which will require COVID-19 passport from July 1, will be required to receive the first dose of the vaccine against COVID-19 or have an immunity certificate against COVID-19, while having a COVID-19 passport will be required from August 1, 2021.
