Delegation of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has paid a visit to Panahali Khan Palace complex in Aghdam, APA’s Garabagh bureau reports.
The delegation viewed the building complex, tombs and saw acts of vandalism committed by Armenians.

The delegation has firstly got acknowledged with the demining operations, conducted by ANAMA employees in the territory of Aghdam liberated from occupation.
