The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan has provided two-stage personnel and technical assistance in connection with the fires in Turkey on the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev. In the first stage, a team of 100 people arrived in Turkey by plane, and in the second stage,54 vehicles and 247 personnel arrived in Turkey by land, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Lieutenant General Etibar Mirzayev told journalists, APA’s correspondent sent to Turkey reports.
Deputy Minister said that personnel and equipment that arrived by land were involved in extinguishing two large fires in Denizli yesterday.
