Foreigners planning to attend matches of EURO 2020 in Baku to be required to provide a document confirming the negative result of the COVID test

A new requirement has been defined regarding allowing entry and exit to/from Azerbaijan of citizens of the countries represented by football teams and stateless persons permanently residing in those countries participating in the 4 matches of the 2021 European Football Championship to be held in Baku by air from June 10, according to the amendment made to the decision of Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

According to the decision, a confirmation document of the negative result of the PCR test for COVID-19 given 72 hours before the flight from June 10 will also be required from the citizens of the countries represented by the football teams participating in the 4 matches of the European Football Championship 2021 in Baku and stateless persons permanently residing in those countries.
