“Regional cooperation is reflected in Charter of the Council of Prosecutors General of Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States. This is related to assistance in specific criminal cases, submission of legal petitions, more intensive cooperation in extradition issues,” General Prosecutor of Azerbaijan said at a press conference held following the first meeting of the Council of Prosecutors General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States in Baku, APA reports.
The Prosecutor General said that the second direction envisages the study of the knowledge and skills of employees of prosecutor's office, the mutual legal system of the countries, and, if useful, the mutual application of these practices.
