"I was deeply saddened by the news that the cameraman of Azerbaijan Television Siraj Abishov, the employee of the Azerbaijan State Information Agency (AZERTAC) Maharram Ibrahimov and the deputy representative of the head of the Executive Power of Susuzluq village Arif Aliyev were killed by a mine in Kalbajar region," First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva wrote on her personal Instagram page, APA reports.

"After the end of the war, more than 140 people fell into the mines planted by the Armenian occupiers in the liberated areas. 27 of them were killed. The entire responsibility for the death of innocent people lies with the Armenian military-political leadership.

Despite numerous calls from the Azerbaijani side to provide mine maps, Armenia refuses to do so and continues to violate international humanitarian law and pursue a policy of terrorism against Azerbaijan.

Unfortunately, the calls of the Azerbaijani side to put pressure on Armenia to issue mine maps to the OSCE Minsk Group countries, as well as to various international organizations did not yield any results.

International non-governmental organizations acting as defenders of journalists' rights are still silent! The people of Azerbaijan are a victorious people! It is impossible to break his will and intimidate him! I offer my deepest condolences to the families and relatives of the victims. Rest in peace! May their place be a paradise! "
