"According to the information, as of the end of 2020, there are 33,788 officially registered drug users in Azerbaijan," said Director-General of the Narcology Center of the Ministry of Health Orkhan Jafarov, APA reports.
He noted that 618 of them are women: “Of those officially registered, 9 people are between the ages of 15-17. Compared to the previous year, the difference is not huge. The increase in the number of women is not much. In addition, there are those who are not registered. I think there is an increase, but not severe.”
