Turkish aerospace company TUSAS and Kazakhstan Engineering have agreed to produce ANKA UAVs in Kazakhstan jointly, APA reports citing CNN Turk.
According to the information, the parties signed a protocol of intent in this regard.
Besides joint production, it is planned to assemble unmanned aerial vehicles and hand over production technologies to Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan will be the first country outside Turkey to produce “ANKA” reconnaissance-strike drones.
Notably, President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev visited Turkey.
