As it is clear, Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev, who were hostages since 2014 and Azerbaijani Ombudsman always kept at the focus of attention the issue regarding them, as well as 12 military servicemen, captivated during the Patriotic War, were returned to Baku on December 14, 2020, Ombudsman Apparatus told APA.
Ombudsman met with them on December 15, 2020, in the facility, where they are examined and treated, got information regarding their health, situation of the provision of their rights, behavioral issues during their captivation and hostage.
Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva has received information on the health of these persons and rehabilitation and other assistance, delivered to these persons at the meeting with the leadership of the facility.
These persons expressed their gratitude to the Ombudsman for her regular attention to their conditions and her activity during the period, on their turns.
